Tatham Pearce were asked to
produce a new brand identity for
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors to herald changes in senior management, faculty structure,
and improve what was, undoubtedly,
a tired outdated image. We were
also asked to take into account the institution’s increasing international activities.

After creating the basic elements
of the identity we produced
guidelines covering stationery, literature, signage and other communication material to manage
it’s worldwide implementation.
We then went on to produce
a wide range of individual items published by the RICS.
